Finally reopened in OHZ! Pay attention to the opening times, daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Very tasty, the subs are well filled and fresh. Nice service, especially "Inga", and patient advice. Top👍🏻 Addendum: The plates are a real alternative if you can't decide 😉

Very disappointing this visit from the staff was very, very slow. We also got stomach pains from eating and spent a long time on the toilet. Even the biscuits tasted strange and were thrown away accordingly ... More than disappointed.

Why was the subway closed for 2 years?

First of all, I like to eat and often at Subway, have a customer card and use the promotions. So you can say that I am sufficiently qualified to write a review about this restaurant chain. After enough disappointments from the subway restaurant in Osterholz-Scharmbeck, I am writing down what I have experienced here for any future visitors to this restaurant. Point 1: Often, various ingredients that should ALWAYS and in EVERY subway restaurant are missing, jalapenos, tomatoes, various sauces, breads, cookies. Point 2: Every now and then the quality of the ingredients leaves much to be desired. Be it sticky bread, which was either from the previous day or where the freshness storage cabinet was switched off / broken, liquid / sauce tuna cream, which has a different consistency in Bremen than here in OHZ or tomatoes that are unripe, yes unripe GREEN (there was no recognizable one green variety)! Point 3: This point came up today and prompted me to write this review. When I visited the Subway Restaurant in Osterholz-Scharmbeck today, I ordered a whole wholegrain sub as Chicken Teriyaki, which is one of the most expensive subs. When the lady put the first portion scoop of meat on it, which was only 2/3 full, I said "Sorry, the scoop may be full, please." Then the serving lady "We have our instructions." I asked "From whom, your boss or from the group, otherwise I have to call your QM department (quality management) !?" Then the lady "You can do it like that, Subway is a franchise company and ..." I replied immediately "It is clear to me but in Bremen the shovel is full and according to the guideline a shovel of meat belongs on half a sub." During this time the second 2/3 filled shovel landed on the sub, of which the lady fell 3 pieces and put it back on with a pair of small pliers. The lady "You can order extra meat if that seems too little to you." I asked "And then should I pay extra for the extra meat that you pulled from me before?" The lady "Joar, you would have to then." The limit was reached and I said "No, you can stop, I don't want to do that and I don't have to let myself be processed here!" and went. Graduation: The constantly changing staff (presumably free interns, 400, - Euro workers and probationary employees, who you can get rid of all quickly and with no labor law consequences) tries hard but also defends such customer-unfriendly practices in an emergency. In conclusion, it remains to be said that everyone must know for themselves whether they want to have such experiences or not.

Always delicious. I am very happy to be there. Staff is very nice too. Toilets are also available.
